Fuelled by 300% year-over-year revenue growth and surging market demand for runtime security, the latest funding round accelerates Oligo’s mission to stop zero-day and n-day exploits in real time.
Runtime security innovator Oligo Security has announced $60 million in additional funding, bringing its total capital raised to $140 million. The round features participation from leading investors, including Ballistic Ventures, Canon Capital, Greenfield Partners, Lightspeed Venture Partners, Red Dot Capital Partners, TLV Partners, and notable angel investor Eyal Waldman, co-founder of Mellanox Technologies.
The investment follows a stellar period of company momentum defined by 300% year-over-year revenue growth and a valuation that has more than doubled since its Series B.
As artificial intelligence transforms the threat landscape, malicious actors can discover vulnerabilities and construct exploits at machine speed.
“AI has fundamentally changed the economics of exploitation,” said Nadav Czerninski, co-founder and CEO of Oligo Security. “When attackers can find vulnerabilities and build exploits at machine speed, runtime becomes the only place you can definitively understand true risk and stop attacks without impacting production.”
Key milestones driving Oligo’s market leadership include:
- AWS Partnership: Selected by AWS as the exclusive AI runtime security partner for AWS Security Hub Extended.
- FedStart Integration: Joined Palantir’s FedStart Program to accelerate its pathway toward FedRAMP High and DoD Impact Level 5 (IL5) authorization.
- Runtime Exploit Blocking: Launched real-time application layer detection and blocking to stop live exploit attempts.
Oligo delivers comprehensive runtime security across enterprise applications, cloud workloads, and AI systems. By monitoring code execution in real time, the platform enables organizations to eliminate vulnerability noise, execute virtual patching between patch cycles, and block attacks without causing production downtime.
“Runtime is where the business lives,” noted Jake Seid, co-founder and General Partner of Ballistic Ventures. “Oligo has solved one of security’s hardest problems by protecting production environments without forcing organizations to choose between security and uptime.”
The new capital will be deployed to accelerate product innovation, expand global go-to-market operations, and scale real-time exploit defense capabilities worldwide.
