This acquisition is designed to enhance SentinelOne’s rapidly growing AI SIEM and data solutions, with the goal of revolutionizing security operations by making them more intelligent and autonomous.
The deal addresses a critical pain point in the industry: the overwhelming cost and complexity of managing vast volumes of security data. Legacy SIEM and data pipeline models were not built for today’s sophisticated threat landscape, leading to high storage costs, visibility gaps, and slow response times for security operations center (SOC) teams. Observo AI’s platform is distinguished by its ability to cut data volume by up to 80% while preserving the ability to rehydrate full-fidelity logs on demand.
